Electric Trunk Lift Kit – Power Tailgate Retrofit for GAC Aion UT (AY2) This retrofit kit replaces the manual gas-strut tailgate of the GAC Aion UT (AY2) with a fully motorised opening and closing system. A geared 12V drive actuator, vehicle-specific hinge brackets and a dedicated control module work together so the boot opens and closes on command, with the original latch, lock and anti-theft behaviour left untouched.
