Electric Trunk Back Door Power Tail Gate Kit for the Arcfox Beta T1
Crossovers like the Arcfox Beta T1 put the load floor high and the tail gate higher still. On the versions that leave the line with gas struts instead of a motor, every trip to the kerb ends with a stretch upwards and a firm pull down, and the panel is heavy enough that a light shove will not always close it first time.
Our kit replaces the human effort with two electric actuators working on the existing hinge points, plus a controller and a short harness that reaches the factory plug. The gate can then be opened and closed from the key, from the button on the gate itself and from a switch inside the car, and the conversion leaves the body untouched.

Fitting procedure
- Prop the gate open and detach both factory struts from the ball studs, keeping the clips intact.
- Fit the forged brackets and click the actuators into the original strut seats.
- Lead the harness through the tail gate grommet beside the factory loom and land the controller.
- Mount the cabin switch, store the height limit, run two cycles and confirm reverse and interlock behaviour.
Packing and commercial support
The set ships in a reinforced carton of 90x28x25 cm with foam blocks, one set per carton, fasteners grouped by mounting corner and a guide printed in English, Russian or Spanish. Every unit is cycled on the bench and logged for force, current draw, park interlock and reverse response before sealing. Importers can take neutral cartons, private label print, their own part numbers and translated manuals, and we hold actuators, controllers and switches in stock so warranty claims are settled quickly.
