Remote control power tail door lift gate open retrofitThe Haval Chitu, sold in most export markets as the Jolion Pro, is a compact SUV on the newer small car platform, and it arrived with a manual tail door on every trim below the top version. Because the rear opening sits high and the panel is wide, loading a stroller or a set of suitcases means lifting the door with one hand, which is exactly the moment owners start asking their dealer for a power tailgate.
This kit converts the door to electric operation without touching the body shell: motorised actuators replace the two factory struts on the original ball studs, a compact controller is hidden behind the rear trim, and the harness plugs into the factory connector. The result is a door that opens from the key, closes from the key, and behaves like the factory option in daily use.

Installation steps
- Support the tail door and release both factory struts from their ball studs.
- Bolt the brackets on and fit the electric actuators in the original strut position.
- Route the plug and play harness through the tail gate grommet and connect the controller.
- Fit the dash switch, store the height limit, cycle twice and test the pinch reverse.
Packing and trade terms
Each set travels in a moulded pulp tray inside a printed carton of 80x23x21 cm, two sets to a master carton, fasteners bagged per mounting position and a guide in English, Russian or Spanish. Every set is cycled on the bench for force, current draw and reverse response before sealing. Neutral cartons, private label printing, customer part numbers and translated manuals are available, and actuators, controllers and switches are stocked for quick warranty handling.
