The Haval H7 was built in two body codes, CHB041 and CHB042, and the two cars do not share the same rear door hardware: the strut ball stud height and the inner trim fixing differ between the five seat and the larger body. Fitting a single generic kit to both usually ends with a door that overshoots at the top or drops before the latch. This kit is offered with the correct actuator and bracket set for each code, so the cycle behaves the way an owner expects on the first press.
Installation reuses the factory ball studs and hinge points, and the harness uses the original connector behind the rear trim. Nothing is cut, drilled or welded, and the whole conversion can be reverted if the vehicle changes hands.

Installation sequence
- Hold the tail door open, release both factory struts from the ball studs and keep the parts with the car.
- Fit the brackets for the matching body code, then mount the motorised actuators in the original position.
- Route the harness through the tail gate grommet beside the factory loom and connect the controller.
- Fit the dash switch, store the opening height, cycle twice and check the pinch reverse.
Packing and trade support
Each set ships in a printed carton with a foam insert, 84x25x23 cm, one set per carton and two cartons to a master carton, fasteners bagged per mounting position and a guide in English, Russian or Spanish. Every set runs a bench cycle for force, current draw and reverse response before sealing.
