Electric Trunk Drive Back Door for the Haval H4 2018-2020
Remote control power tail door lift gate open retrofitThe Haval H4 sold between 2018 and 2020 sits on a stretched version of the small SUV platform, so its tail door is taller than the H2 panel but the hinge position and the strut geometry are its own. That means generic kits either strain at the top of travel or let the door drop too fast near the seal. This kit is set up specifically for the H4 shell: actuator force, the opening speed curve and the harness length are all matched to the car.
The retrofit removes the two gas struts and puts motorised actuators on the same ball studs, then adds a controller behind the rear trim. The original remote, the tail door handle and a switch in the cabin all operate the door, and every fixing point is factory, so the body is never drilled, welded or repainted.

The actuator pair is set in EPE foam inside a printed box, single carton 80x22x21 cm, two sets to a master carton of 82x25x37 cm, with fasteners grouped by mounting position and an English, Russian or Spanish guide. Each set is cycled on the bench for force, current draw and pinch response before packing. For importers we offer neutral cartons, private label printing, own part numbers and translated manuals, and keep actuators, controllers and switches in stock so warranty claims are settled quickly.
