Remote Control Electric Trunk Retrofit for Jetour Freedom T1 2025-2026
The Freedom T1 arrived as a 2025 model with a tall, near-vertical tailgate — a shape that is great for load height but heavy to lift by hand, especially for shorter drivers. This retrofit kit addresses exactly that: a motorised actuator pair, a control module configured for the T1 body, and a wiring adapter that plugs into the factory tailgate connector on 2025 and 2026 build vehicles.

Installation Notes
Because the T1 is a recent platform, we supply a printed position guide showing the factory ball stud locations and the trim release order rather than relying on clips being identical to older Jetour models. Support the panel before removing the original struts, run the harness along the factory clip line, and terminate the fused lead at the battery junction box. First fit runs about 2 hours, repeat fits 70-80 minutes, and the conversion reverses without trace.
