Power Tailgate Conversion Kit for the GAC Trumpchi GS4 Coupe
The GS4 Coupe has a fastback rear door: more glass, a rear spoiler and a steeper closing angle than the standard GS4. That shape changes the force needed and the way the lid lands, so this kit uses higher-rated actuators and a slower final approach than a conventional hatch kit.
Coupe-Specific Engineering
Actuators are rated 550 N per side to carry the extra glass and spoiler mass. The closing profile is softened at the last 15 degrees so the lid does not slap the seals, and the brackets are shaped to clear the coupe spoiler mounts. Hinge points are the GS4 Coupe factory locations, so no panel is drilled.

Fitment and Notes
The rear spoiler and hatch trim come off first, then the factory struts release and the handed brackets go on. Harness follows the coupe hatch loom through the existing grommet. Bracket bolts at 22 Nm. Installation runs about two hours, slightly longer than a standard GS4 because of the spoiler trim.
Packing
Carton 82 x 23 x 20 cm, one set per carton, five cartons per master. Actuators sleeved in EPE, brackets bagged by side with a printed side label, hardware counted into numbered bags. Buyer barcode and carton marking available.
Service
Every set is cycled with a simulated 40 kg glass-lid load. Replacement actuators and modules are stocked through the warranty term, and our engineers assist workshops by e-mail or video when a fitting issue comes up.
