Smart Tailgate Kit for the GAC Trumpchi GS4
The GS4 is one of the most widely exported Trumpchi models, with strong populations in Russia, the Middle East, South America and Southeast Asia. Because those cars stay in service for years, the demand for a reliable powered boot is steady, and this kit is built for exactly that aftermarket.
Why the GS4 Needs It
The GS4 hatch is large for its class. On a wet or dusty day the lid is heavy and marks hands quickly, and in a busy street there is often no room to swing it open by hand. The powered version opens on a key press, stops at a stored height, and closes itself with a damped latch pull.

Fitment
Handed brackets mount on the factory hinge points, the harness routes with the existing hatch loom through the original grommet, and the module sits behind the rear quarter trim. Bracket bolts at 22 Nm. First installation about 100 minutes, and the manual carries the self-learn sequence plus a fault table.
Export Packing
Carton 80 x 23 x 20 cm, one set per carton, five cartons per master carton. Actuators sleeved in EPE, hardware labelled by side, module in a rigid insert. Cartons can carry buyer SKU, barcode and market-specific language labels; commercial invoice and packing list are issued with every order.
Volume Notes
For distributors ordering by container we can split shipments into actuator cartons and module cartons to reduce breakage risk, and we keep a rolling stock of GS4 actuators so repeat orders ship in days rather than weeks.
