              Returns & Refunds Policy

              Capabilities

              1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit

              Customers are entitled to apply for returns within 14 calendar days upon goods delivery. All returned items must be unused, unmodified, with original intact packaging, complete accessories and labels, and in resalable condition.

              2. Excluded Items

              Custom OEM/ODM products, specially tailored parts for specific vehicle models, and products damaged by improper customer operation or installation are non-returnable and non-refundable.

              3. Return & Refund Rules

              For confirmed quality defects, wrong shipment or missing parts caused by our side, we cover return shipping fees and offer full refunds or free replacement.

              For personal reason returns (unsuitable model, unnecessary purchase), customers shall bear all return shipping costs. We will issue refunds after inspecting and confirming the intact condition of returned goods.

              4. Refund Processing Time

              All refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect returned items. The final arrival time depends on the customer’s payment institution and bank processing schedule.

              5. Return Procedure

              Please contact our customer service team with the order number, product photos, and relevant evidence to initiate a return request. We will reply and provide return guidance within 12 hours.
